About
I'm Caleb, and I've been writing about work, family, and the objects people carry from one house to the next since my first apartment had more boxes than furniture. The memoir took years. The essays still show up when a room won't leave me alone. I give talks in the evening, and I stay for the long question line, because that's usually where the real story starts. If you've ever packed a life into a car, some of this will feel familiar.
